Data processed: what you enter in the request form: name, email, phone, room, number of guests, dates of stay and notes.

Purpose and legal basis: to answer your request and send you an acknowledgement, based on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps you ask for.

Providing data: fields marked with an asterisk are required; without them we cannot answer your request.

Recipients: hotel staff and the hosting and email service providers acting on behalf of the controller.

Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to booking@hotelrosysalerno.it, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
